This May, Canada’s signature international tourism marketplace is going online. The Rendez-vous Canada Plus (RVC+) virtual platform will enable you to connect with more attendees and explore new opportunities than ever before!
To help you prepare for a successful RVC+ experience, here are the highlights of finding key information on the website.
But first—have you marked your calendar? RVC+ takes place virtually on May 17-20, 2021!

Appointments
Each virtual appointment will last up to 20 minutes. You’ll be able to share your screen and make presentations.
Appointments will begin at 12:00 UTC/8:00 Eastern on Tuesday, May 18 and continue 24 hours a day until 23:59 UTC/19:59 Eastern on Thursday, May 20.
All RVC+ events and appointments will appear on your schedule in your local time zone, and you’ll be able to customize your schedule according to your availability.
Buyers will book appointments in pre-selected time blocks based on their local time zone. Please refer to the buyer appointment schedule for more information on scheduling for your time zone.
Sellers can book appointments 24 hours a day. To maximize this opportunity, we recommend sharing your appointment schedule with your team. Be sure to register each individual as an “Additional Virtual Delegate with Appointment Schedule.”
