Assessment—Rendez-vous Canada 2026 Seller Approval Process

As part of the approval process for participation in Rendez-vous Canada (RVC) 2026 taking place in Toronto, Ontario from May 26–29, 2026, we are pleased to invite you to complete the Export READI™ Assessment.

This is a new step in the Rendez-vous Canada registration process that will become a key part of ensuring that all Rendez-vous Canada sellers meet a consistent national standard of market readiness expected by our international Buyers. Once completed, returning organizations will only be asked to fill out this Assessment every two years.

What To Expect

  • The assessment is completed online and there is no cost to you.
  • It should take approximately 15–30 minutes to complete.
  • Once your assessment is submitted, results will be reviewed and shared with the Rendez-vous Canada Project Office.
  • Once you have successfully completed the assessment, you will receive an official invitation from the Rendez-vous Canada Project Office to register for Rendez-vous Canada 2026.

Kindly note that the individual who completes this assessment will be considered the designated expert (representative) for your organization at Rendez-vous Canada. To ensure smooth preparation on our end, we appreciate you submitting it at your earliest convenience.

Early Bird Registration opens on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, and ends Wednesday, January 14, 2026. To take advantage of this rate, please complete the Assessment on or before, Monday, January 5, 2026.
