Appointment Requests Are Now Open

Dear [PerFirstName],

Appointment requests are now open for Rendez-vous Canada 2025 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We invite you to access your MyRVC account and start making your appointment requests today, up to 11:59pm EST Wednesday, April 16th.

How to Start Submitting Appointment Requests:

Submit your appointment requests by accessing your MyRVC account and enter your login credentials:

Your RVC website username is: [PerLoginID]
Your RVC website password is: [PerPass]

Once in your MyRVC personal page, click the red tab Appointment Requests at the left of the page. This will launch the Manage Appointments section and may take a few seconds while your company information is loaded.

Please note that if you need any help with steps or need a function explained, click the Help button at the top right. For additional assistance, please click below to view the Appointment Requests Guide found on the RVC website.

Things that you should know:

• Remember that registration is ongoing and some organizations who you may have originally chosen may have cancelled, or some new ones might have registered.

• Review your requests on or near the deadline date (Wednesday, April 16th) and revise as necessary.

• It is not necessary to initially select requests in priority order – you can modify the priority within your request list after you have added all your requests.

• You can also return to the request system and modify your requests or priorities at any time until the appointment request deadline (Wednesday, April 16th).

• It is suggested that you prioritize your requests prior to the deadline date.

Appointment Scheduling Posted April 15th

• Appointment matching will be processed based on your requests by computer-generated match-making (after April 16th). You will receive a notification of your booked appointments on April 30th.

There may be additional tasks to complete in your MyRVC portal. Click on the Summary button to view any outstanding tasks before you log out. Please take the opportunity to complete your personal profile, by adding your language of preference, food preferences or allergies if any, emergency contact number and travel information.

IMPORTANT!
Please note that if the invoice for your organization has not been paid in full, you will NOT have access to the appointment request module. The primary delegate can access their RVC page, and pay immediately online by credit card.
