A NEW Rendez-vous Canada Experience

You spoke, we listened! Based on feedback provided by both Sellers and Buyers in the Rendez-vous Canada 2025 post-event surveys, we are making some changes and updates to this year’s event:

  • As part of the approval process for participation in Rendez-vous Canada, all invited Sellers will be required to complete the Export READI™ Assessment. To learn more about this complimentary program, visit the Sellers section.
  • Appointments will now be shortened to 10 minutes. This will allow for more meetings, increase efficiency, and give us the flexibility to adjust the timing of the event in the future.
  • Improved appointment technology, including a MyLeads portal to the MyRVC app, allowing you to immediately access a delegate’s contact details, thereby eliminating the need for a manual exchange.
  • The marketplace floor will include a national Canada zone, with a joint presence from TIAC, ITAC, and Destination Canada.

Rendez-vous Canada (RVC) is Canada’s signature international tourism marketplace, co-produced by Destination Canada and the Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC).
