Cancellations

In the unfortunate event you need to cancel once you’ve registered for Rendez-vous Canada, we ask you to submit cancellation and refund requests in writing to the RVC Project Office. Requests received by January 22, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $100 CAD* processing fee. Regrettably, refunds will not be granted for requests received afterJanuary 22, 2025.

Additional schedule and delegate cancellation requests received by March 15, 2025 will be refunded in full minus a $200 CAD* processing fee. Regrettably, refunds will not be granted for requests received after March 15, 2025.

*Credit cards will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt of request for refund. Cheque refunds may not be processed until after Rendez-vous Canada 2025.

Substitutions

Substitutions are accepted at any time and are subject to a $100 CAD** processing fee. Requests must be submitted by the Primary Contact who is no longer able to attend by emailing the RVC Project Office.

**Where applicable, appointment schedules will automatically transfer from the original Delegate to the substitute Seller.

Your Rendez-vous Canada registration includes publication of company contact information and company profile in the Rendez-vous Canada online directory. By registering for Rendez-vous Canada, you agree that your contact information can be made available to all registered Rendez-vous Canada 2025 Buyers, Sellers, Media and other registered delegates. Information will not be sold or made available to the general public and will only be used for the purposes indicated above or as per Destination Canada’s official privacy policy.

You may opt-out and request erasure of your personal data by contacting the RVC Project Office.

TIAC Member Advantage Program

TIAC Member Advantage Program is available to RVC 2025 Sellers, including Tourism Partner Sellers.

To enjoy the benefits available at Rendez-vous Canada, membership with TIAC must be in good standing (paid) as of May 30, 2025, at the time of RVC 2024 registration.

TIAC members with a renewal date prior to May 30, 2025, will be prompted to renew their membership before registering for RVC 2025 to qualify for the TIAC Advantage Program. Log in to check your membership status with TIAC. Retrieve your TIAC login information if you've forgotten it.
